3-way valves
Smart use of three-way ball valves saves space and piping costs by rotating T-shaped or L-shaped plugs to flow positions in different dimensions. For different requirements, three-way valves can be easily used for diverting or mixing different fluids. The three-way ball valve has expanded the scope of use of pipeline engineering. Lugong Zipson produces complete three-way ball valve, three-way food valve, sampling valve for customers to choose.
Multi- way valves
Lugong's 513F and 513T are high pressure three/four way ball valves. The valve is available in flange ANSI600/900/1500 and mouth/sleeve welded/butt welded side covers. Fixed ball design makes this valve suitable for high pressure differential conditions. It also comes with an ISO 5211 direct mounting platform for easy assembly of converters or gear operators.
High performance ball valve
The self-adjusting wear compensation center shaft gasket design allows for extended operation, reducing the frequency of maintenance and seal replacement, and is ideal for use with automatically controlled cylinders or motor heads. When the gasket is worn to the limit of the spring compensation, the fluid will flow out through the window at the neck of the valve body, allowing the field user to detect the leak and replace the valve or seal in the early stage, while protecting the converters above.
