1. The pipeline of the electric actuator should be cleaned and purged. If there are impurities in the medium, a filter valve should be installed on the pipe in front of the valve.
2. When installing, the space required for maintenance and disassembly of the components should be guaranteed.
3. Check whether the model and parameters of the electric actuator meet the on-site installation requirements and technical requirements.
4, in the installation, disassembly and commissioning process, shall not damage the explosion-proof electrical device sealing surface, seals and explosion-proof surface, explosion-proof surface should be coated with anti-rust oil, electrical cover should be tightened to prevent rain or moisture into.
5, when the electric actuator is not often used, it should be regularly checked, maintained and operated. It is recommended to do this once a month and run for no more than 10 minutes.

What is the working principle of AUMA electric actuator?
1, the pressure signal from the regulator enters the membrane chamber and is converted into thrust, and the push rod pushes the valve to adjust the flow rate in the controlled object. After the air pressure p1 enters the bellows, the baffle is close to the nozzle through the lever, so the nozzle back pressure p2 is increased, amplified by the pneumatic power amplifier, and sent to the membrane chamber of the actuator to promote the valve.
2. The displacement of the actuator generates a feedback force on the lever through the CAM and spring, which is balanced with the signal force generated by the bellows, so the output displacement of the actuator is proportional to the input signal. The thin film actuator is a structural form of the pneumatic actuator, with a large output thrust of 200,000 Newtons and a large displacement of 100 mm. The piston actuator has a large output thrust of 140,000 Newtons and a large displacement of 600 mm. The pneumatic actuator has simple structure and good explosion-proof performance.
