All-inclusive ball valve composition and main classification

The opening and closing part of the all-inclusive ball valve is a ball with a circular channel, rotating around the axis perpendicular to the channel, and the ball rotates with the valve stem to achieve the purpose of opening and closing the channel. Ball valves only need 90 degrees of rotation and a small torque to close tightly. According to the needs of working conditions, different driving devices can be assembled to form a variety of different control modes of ball valves, such as electric ball valves, pneumatic ball valves, hydraulic ball valves, etc.

All-inclusive ball valve can be divided into:

First, floating ball valve manufacturing technology

The ball valve is floating, under the action of medium pressure, the ball valve can produce a certain displacement and tightly pressed on the outlet sealing surface to ensure that the outlet end is sealed.

The float ball valve has a simple structure and good sealing performance, but the working medium of the ball bearing is all transferred to the outlet sealing ring, so it is necessary to consider whether the sealing ring material can withstand the working load of the ball medium. This structure is widely used in medium and low pressure ball valves.

Two, fixed all-inclusive ball valve

The ball of the ball valve is fixed and does not move after compression. Fixed ball valve adopts floating seat, subject to medium pressure, seat movement, so that the sealing ring is pressed on the ball to ensure sealing. Bearings are usually installed on the upper and lower shafts of the ball, and the running torque is small. It is suitable for high pressure and large diameter valves.

In order to reduce the operating load torque of the ball valve and increase the tightness, the oil seal ball valve has appeared in recent years, which not only injects special lubricating oil into the sealing surface pressure to form a layer of oil film, that is, enhances the tightness and reduces the operating torque, but is more suitable for high pressure large diameter ball valve.

Three, flexible all-inclusive ball valve

The ball of a ball valve is flexible. The ball and seat ring are made of metal materials, sealing pressure is very large, according to the pressure of the medium itself has not reached the requirements of sealing, apply external force. This valve is suitable for high temperature and high pressure media.

The elastic ball is an elastic groove at the lower end of the inner wall of the ball to obtain elasticity. When closing the channel, use the wedge tip of the stem to open the ball and press the seat seal. By releasing the wedge head before rotating the ball, the ball returns to its original shape, leaving a small gap between the ball and the seat, reducing friction and operating torque on the sealing surface.

Commonly used all-inclusive ball valve classification methods are as follows:

According to the pressure size: high pressure ball valve, medium pressure ball valve, low pressure ball valve

According to the port type: full diameter ball valve, reduced diameter ball valve

By channel position: straight, tee, right Angle

According to the temperature is divided into: high temperature ball valve, room temperature ball valve, low temperature ball valve, ultra-low temperature ball valve

According to the sealing form: soft seal ball valve, hard seal ball valve

Stem assembly: mounted ball valve, side mounted ball valve

According to the connection form: flange ball valve, welded ball valve, screw ball valve, clamp ball valve

According to the driving mode: manual ball valve, automatic control ball valve (pneumatic ball valve, electric ball valve, hydraulic ball valve)

According to the diameter size: large diameter ball valve, large diameter ball valve, medium diameter ball valve, small diameter ball valve.
