The all-inclusive ball valve is evolved from the plug valve, its opening and closing part is a ball, the purpose of using the ball to rotate 90 degrees around the valve stem axis to open and close, the difference is that the plug is a ball, with a circular through hole or through the axis of the channel. The proportional relationship between the sphere and the passageway should be such as ours, that is, when the ball is rotated 90 degrees, a sphere should be presented at the entrance and exit of all contents, so as to truncate the flow. Not only simple structure, good sealing performance, but also small size, light weight, less consumables, small installation size, small driving torque, simple operation, easy to achieve rapid opening and closing in a certain nominal channel, is one of the rapidly developing valve varieties in the past decade. Especially in the industrial developed countries, the use of all-inclusive ball valves is very widespread, the use of variety and quantity is still continuing to expand, and to high temperature, high pressure, large mouth, high tightness, long life, excellent adjustment performance and a valve multi-function direction, its reliability and other performance indicators have reached a high level, and has partially replaced gate valves, globe valves, regulating valves.
All-inclusive ball valve main features:
1. Good flow resistance (actual flow resistance is zero).
2. Because it will not get stuck during work (when there is no lubricant), it can be reliably applied with corrosive media and low boiling point liquids.
3. Complete sealing can be achieved in a large pressure and temperature range.
4. It can realize fast opening and closing, and the opening and closing time of some structures is only 0.05~0.1s, so that it can be used in the automation system of the test bench. Quickly open and close the valve without shock.
5. Spherical closing parts can be automatically positioned at the boundary position.
6. The working medium is sealed reliably on both sides.
7. When the ball valve is fully opened and fully closed, because the sealing surface of the ball and the seat is isolated from the medium, the medium passing through the valve at high speed will not cause erosion of the valve sealing surface.
8. Compact structure and light weight, it can be considered as a reasonable valve structure for low temperature medium systems.
9. The valve body is symmetrical, especially the welded valve body structure, which can withstand the reaction from the pipeline well.
10. The closing parts can withstand the high pressure difference when closing.
