The self-adjusting wear compensation center shaft gasket design allows for extended operation, reducing the frequency of maintenance and seal replacement, and is ideal for use with automatically controlled cylinders or motor heads. When the gasket is worn to the limit of the spring compensation, the fluid will flow out through the window at the neck of the valve body, allowing the field user to detect the leak and replace the valve or seal in the early stage, while protecting the converters above.
