Zipson’s 305C type cryogenic ball valve was designed with tongue & groove body/ end connection for better sealing as the valves are operated under cryogenic and higher working pressure. This safer valve design helps to protect not only the users but also the environment.

At the extremely low working temperature, the operation torque increase significantly.  Zipson use 17-4 stem for the cryogenic valve to keep from stem twist. 

The sealing area between body & end caps, Zipson use tongue & groove design for better sealing ability to prevent from outer leakage.

There will always need a pressure release hole on the upstream side of the ball.

We also add the spring-loaded stem (self-adjusting stem packing) in our design. It can make the sealing ability better, and also extend the service life of our 305C type greatly. The cryogenic extended bonnet follows SHELL SPE 77 200-2013 standard.
